Come Fall, come Pumpkin Soup! There are so many different ingredients you can add to make a wonderful pumpkin soup. But one you definitely need to add is roasted garlic. And a whole head at that! This recipe is made with fresh pumpkin, roasted garlic, fresh rosemary and thyme, a little cream, bouillon, curry, and topped off with some roasted cashews to rock your boat. And the cashews were roasted with a little bit of pepperoncini to spice it up!
