Authentic Chimichurri

The Real Thing – just how they do it in Argentina or Uruguay. But you know someone just might say not! The folklore on this famous sauce and what is the original recipe will never rest, never die. Gotta love the Jimmy McCurry Legend! Lots of beautiful fresh Parsley in a fragrant vinegar base. Just smother that steak and enjoy!
