Then this is your go to for Chimichurri Style Sauce for grilled meats and seafood. Lots of beautiful fresh Parsley, just like the original, but in a fruity lime and olive oil base. Just smother that steak and enjoy!

Chimichurri Style Sauce
A real easy to make sauce especially for grilled meats and fish. Nice herb mixture of Parsley, Oregano, and Thyme
Add a Bay leaf to really pop that sauce as it marinates overnight.
How to make a Chimichurri Sauce
Prepare all the fresh ingredients!
- Chop the Parsley - but not too fine.
- Mince the onion - fine.
- Mince the Garlic
- De-seed and finely chop the red chilis
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl.
Add Olive Oil and Lime and mix all together.
Let sit for at least an hour preferably overnight
Remove Bay leaf and enjoy!
