If you love cilantro, you will love this creamy cilantro lime cream sauce recipe!
This cream sauce is amazing with fish or shrimp tacos. Hell It is great on any taco! I made it last time and mixed it with shredded red cabbage as a taco condiment. It makes a really cool vibrant purple color which is pretty exotic on a taco.
You can also put it on grilled fish or chicken, as a spread in sandwiches, or as a dip with crudités or tortilla chips
Some add spice like jalapeno, or depth with avocado and scallions. You can pimp it many ways for sure. Here is the base sauce which is all I need with Tacos or Fajitas because I got other condiments adding different pizzazzes or punches to the brew.
Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce
This sauce really takes as so many say, fish or seafood tacos to another level.
How to make Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce
Add all ingredients except the Cilantro to a food processor and let it whirl! Scrape off the sides if needed and make a nice blend. Place in a bowl.
Finely chop the cilantro including most of the stems. Add to the bowl, mix well, and presto! Its ready!
