A simple curry sauce that can accompany many different types of meals.
This curry sauce recipe can be used for all kinds of rice dishes like chicken curry and vegetable curry. It also goes nice as a sauce on a chicken breast or barbecued skewers of chicken or shrimp.

How to make Curry Sauce
Melt the butter at medium low heat. Add the flour and mix continually until you have a nice paste. You have made a roux.
Add the curry powder and mix it in good.
Slowly add some of the bouillon/milk mixture, continually stirring. Once you have added all of it, turn the heat up to medium high all the while stirring. It should start thickening. Once it has thickened a bit, add the crème fraiche and stir and cook until you have reached the desired thickness.
