    Chop up Pineapple. Here is a video showing you how: Prepare the Pineapple

    Mince the Garlic

    Chop up the red onions, bell pepper, and chili pepper.

    Heat the Oil in the Pan and add Garlic, red onions, bell pepper, and chili pepper. Let it sauté to soften it up, about 3-4 minutes with medium high heat.

    Add the Pineapple and Pineapple Juice and reduce heat to medium. Let cook at medium heat for about 5 minutes.

    Add soy sauce and honey. Cook for at least 20 minutes at low temperature allowing it to simmer and diffuse together. 

    You can add a little more pineapple juice or tad more Soy to keep it juicy.

    Ready to serve!
