A sauce strong in tomato taste that is cooked and served with Fondue Chinoise

Ingredients
    What you need to make a Sauce Provencale
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Thyme
  • 1/3 cup fresh Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
    How to make a Sauce Provencale
  1. Sauce Provencale

    Chop up and prepare all the ingredients

  2. Heat Olive Oil in a pan to moderate heat

    Add all ingredients and sauté for several minutes

  3. Sauce Provencale

    Lower the heat to simmer and allow to cook for at least 30 minutes
