Homemade Spicy Pizza Oil

Make your own spicy Pizza Oil! It is very easy to do and you have the power to make it as spicy as you want. A Pizza Oil to jazz up that pizza with a little spice

  • 500 milliliters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Peppercorns
  • dried oregano
  • 2 Twigs of fresh Rosemary
  • fresh Pepperoncini
  • Dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
    How to make Spicy Pizza Oil
  1. Chop the garlic and pepperoncini but not too fine. They enhance the look of the oil and should be cut in slices
  2. Add all ingredients to a pan and cook in the oil but not too much! Just let the oil come close to a boil and then let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Homemade Spicy Pizza OilAdd the fresh Rosemary Twig to the Spice Bottle and remove the cooked one from the cooled Oil Spice Mixture. Using a filter, pour the oil slowly into the bottle. Use a chopstick or something similar to push the ingredients through the filter
